This page explains how KADICASA handles information submitted through the project enquiry form.
What we collect
We collect the details you enter in the form, such as name, company, email, phone, project city, project scope, language preference, enquiry source, and files you choose to upload.
Why we use it
We use this information to review your project, answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation or production discussion, and organize the related files in the KADICASA CRM workflow.
Where it goes
Enquiries and uploaded files are sent to the KADICASA project CRM. We do not use the form for advertising or sell enquiry data. Any external service used for hosting or communication must be confirmed in the final legal notice.
How long we keep it
Project information is kept only as long as needed for the enquiry, quotation, order, installation, service, and legally required record-keeping. The final retention period should be confirmed by the company before launch.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold, request correction or deletion where applicable, or withdraw future contact. Please use the contact details published by KADICASA once the official company details are added.
Cookies and preferences
The current prototype stores only essential language and cookie-preference values in the browser. No marketing or analytics tools are enabled by this page.
